The Vault Number
Before each vault, the gymnast or an assistant shows its number to the D-Jury on a flashboard. In #319, the 3 is the Vault Group and the 19 is the vault's number in that group.
He shows the vault he can do, not the one he hopes to do. The Code gives this warning especially for straight and piked positions.
