- Hop element ends
- When both hands are on the bar.
- Turn in one-hand support ends

- Quast and Rybalko: a visible hop and a fluid turn, not turning on the supporting arm.
- The Rybalko (giant swing backward with hop 3/2 turn) ends with both hands in mixed el-grip or el-grip.
- A Rybalko to a one-arm giant has the same value and box as to undergrip or mixed el-grip, I.51.

El-Grip and Russian Giants
- Rule
- An el-grip giant (I.68, B) or Russian giant (I.69, C) only has to go over the top of the bar in el-grip. No particular amount of giant swing is required.
- After an Adler or a turn
- Directly after an Adler or a turn to el-grip, it needs a swing over the bar in el-grip to receive a value.
Russian giant:
- An inlocation while swinging through the bottom in el-grip, staying inlocated over the top.
- The angle is taken when the shoulders are directly above the hands. The line from the shoulders through the base of the spine is then at most 60° to the horizontal.
- For a Russian giant, the body and shoulders extend from el-grip only at a point past 60°.

- Russian giant with that line more than 60° to the horizontalEl-grip giant
- Adler to 65° from handstand, el-grip through the bottom and over the top, through the bottom again and hop out to undergripAdler (0.5 angle) + B el-grip giant
